Visit our online returns portal or email our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the return.
Quality Inspection
Ensure the garment is in its original condition, unwashed and unworn, with all designer tags and packaging intact for a successful approval.
Package & Pickup
Securely pack the items in the original box; once your request is authorized, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your doorstep.
Refund Processing
After our warehouse team verifies the returned product, your refund or exchange credit will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
